How much does "enchanted against ..." help? And does it help against just wizards and necromancers or Surtur and his demons as well?

Woops, I meant "enchanted against magic-based monsters" in the case of wizards/necros and Surtur/his demons.

enchanted against means the other enchantments on it only work against monsters of that type
